Our Story

Hi, I’m Samira Sierra, and I believe that true luxury lies in self-preservation. I’m a proud first-generation Dominican-American woman, with roots steeped in a family history of entrepreneurial spirit and resilience. From the age of 14, I have made it my responsibility to honor my body through discipline.

My passion for wellness deepened during my time as a Health Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar. I learned that holistic self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. I was inspired by how the people I met prioritized their well-being, even amid adversity, integrating natural remedies into their daily lives with grace and mindfulness. Upon returning to the U.S., I built a lucrative career as a tech executive, but something was missing. I yearned for something more authentic—something that would allow me to share my values with others.

That’s when the idea for Samira Soothes began to take shape. Samira Soothes has led me back to my roots and has become my new purpose. I revisited a time when my mother taught me how to incorporate nature’s healing ingredients into my daily routine and lifestyle. It was a time when I learned that true nourishment comes not just from what we eat, but from the way we care for ourselves. Now, I’m creating a new life where I transform nature’s simplest ingredients into vitamins for the soul—bringing wellness to your life in the most natural, nurturing way. And I want to share this with you.

Samira Soothes is the culmination of my diverse journey—a blend of entrepreneurial drive, global perspective, and a deep belief in the power of natural wellness.
